"My clients are at the front line of business - in management and leadership roles. I work closely with them as they build engaged high-performing teams, manage the day to day demands of work as well as planning for the longer-term.

We are seeing unprecedented challenges in leading our teams and our businesses in a healthy, inclusive and productive way - and I have identified an increasing need for leaders and managers to connect with others who face similar challenges.

I am so proud to be hosting my first event - providing a supportive forum for leadership development – a place to learn, connect and share experiences as we navigate the ever-growing challenges in leadership as we embrace the Future of Work."

McKinsey research shows a direct link between an organisation’s health and its financial performance.

“We need an integrated approach to achieving organisational change at scale - cultivating talent, investing in leadership, and responding—at scale—to changing circumstances, new challenges, and new opportunities. .. leaders unlocking the most value from their organisations today can become performance champions of tomorrow.”

Spacious Office

OUR LOCATION

Even the venue has been chosen with care!

We wanted an uplifting space - not a bland hotel conference room - that’s conducive to good conversation, with indoor and outdoor break out areas for use throughout the day – and great refreshments of course. Lumiere London's Shoreditch Loft - a fantastic boutique space in the heart of Shoreditch, minutes away from both Old Street and Liverpool Street Station - ticks all the boxes for us!

We are committed to using sustainable and environmentally friendly products and using an eco-friendly venue, that recognises and takes steps to reduce environmental impact. The central location accessible by various means of public transport shows our commitment to reducing transportation emissions.
