Over the past 30 years I’ve helped many hundreds of people from all over the world find their passion and create and live more fulfilling lives.
Having held a variety of management roles (from Corporates to Tech start-ups) I have a great understanding of the challenges people face, both in managing the day to day demands as well as career planning for the longer-term. Setting up my coaching practice in 2007, I focus on delivering a range of personalised coaching and training programmes to help my clients get to where they want - at their pace.
Wearing my “HR consultant hat'' I'm still actively supporting businesses. This means I’m right on trend with what employers are looking for, what candidates struggle with, how recruiters can help, as well as the key success factors for people who want to get on in life, and make the most of it!
I’ve been involved in many voluntary projects including creating and running a redundancy support programme for the RSPCA, and supporting students at a local youth centre with creating CVs, applying for jobs and interview skills. I run career planning talks at local colleges.
Innately curious, an avid reader and life-long learner, I’m constantly on the lookout for new information and opportunities for my clients and colleagues.
Travelling and photography are passions of mine (although travel is somewhat restricted right now!), I have lived in South Africa and Malta, have travelled widely and took the trip of a lifetime to the Galapagos Islands in 2018. I treasure the time I spend travelling around the UK in Frieda, my lovely campervan!
I’m the proud Mum of 3 (now adult) children, and I spend my free(!) time between Kent and the Scottish Highlands - when travel allows!
