Career Development 1-1
Career paths aren’t straightforward, and there’s no longer ‘a job for life’. Although your employer may invest in your development, it is important that YOU take control and manage your own career.
If you’re looking to building your skills and capabilities to support you at work and accelerate your career prospects, this 12 month coaching programme will provide you with the toolkit and support to keep you on track.
We kick off with a skills audit interview, and then create your personal development plan focusing on the areas most relevant to your needs. Monthly coaching sessions, with email support and check-ins in between provide you with on the job coaching as and when you need it.
From presentation skills to stress management, delegating effectively to others, or dealing with difficult people, you will feel fully supported as you develop the skills valued by every employer!
What does it cost?
The cost of the entire programme starts from £1,499, including all tools, your CV, and one-to-one coaching support. And of course, motivation, confidence and support are included in the package! If you’re like a lot of my clients, you’ve probably never invested in doing this properly, and if that’s the case you may well have been under-selling yourself for years.
The majority of my clients found that the programme paid for itself quickly as they found (1) higher paying work, and (2) they did faster than they would’ve been able to do on their own.
And the skills and knowledge they gained through the programme will last throughout their career.
Payment terms may be available by special arrangement.
