My life review coaching programme is designed to help you become the best version of yourself - increasing your self-awareness, building your confidence, resilience and sense of fulfilment.
We begin with a life audit, exploring the different aspects of your life and focusing on those that are important to you. We look at what's working and what's not working, What you want more of - and what you want to give up.
We can explore why you procrastinate, why it's hard to say no, how to manage stress, and how to improve your relationships. We take a look at your physical and mental health and find ways for you to put yourself first - even when there are endless demands on you and your time.
And if you are a perfectionist and/or a people-pleaser – coaching will free you from the habits and patterns that keep you stuck in this highly stressful and unfulfilling place.
If you want to feel more confident, gain clarity on what's important to you, overcome anxiety and self-doubt and be more resilient, then read on!
What does it cost?
The six-month supported programme including coaching and all materials starts from £1,499.

You'll receive my single page contract to sign, and your Life Audit questionnaire to complete. Then you can book your first coaching session online to kick off your programme - the first step to living your life the way it was meant to be!

6 months of support, comprising 6 hours of personal 1-1 coaching via Zoom (which can be taken as 8 x 45min sessions if preferred).

What can I expect?
It’s hard work, as with most things in life there’s no quick fix, but you will feel motivated, gain knowledge, skills and experience to last throughout your life.
Together we will be expanding your ‘comfort zone’, building your motivation and enthusiasm to prepare you as you embark on the next chapter in your life.
You will need to allocate time for ‘’homework’’, as you’ll have actions to complete between coaching sessions..
You’ll feel more confident and hopeful and we’ll have some fun along the way!
