Who am I?
As a career and executive coach based in England, I’ve helped people from all over the world create careers that align with who they are and what they want.
I’ve worked with helping them excel in their roles, build high-performing teams, work towards more senior roles, and build a career they love [make a positive impact through the work they do].
In my coaching programmes I quickly get to the root of where the challenges lie, understand your strengths and areas for development, explore where you'd like to get to, and work with you to put together a tailored plan of action. Programmes range from one-off projects, to longer term executive coaching as required, over the course of a career.
